Kevin Ford is President and Chief Executive Officer of Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY), a publicly traded company with offices and projects across Canada, the United States, and international markets. Reporting to the Board of Directors, he is responsible for the overall operations, strategic direction, and success of the organization. Under his leadership since 2015, Calian has achieved record revenues and market value, driven by a culture rooted in teamwork, integrity, and commitment.

 With more than 30 years of experience in professional services, Mr. Ford previously served as President of Calian’s Business and Technology Services Division. Prior to joining Calian, he spent 11 years with IBM as a Partner in Global Business Services, where he managed the Canadian Defence portfolio.

 Widely recognized as a top business leader, Mr. Ford was named the Ottawa Chamber of Commerce CEO of the Year in 2017. He serves on the boards of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries, Saegis, and the Ottawa Hospital Foundation, and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
