Nadine Huggins

Nadine Huggins is a senior executive with over 20 years of public service leadership dedicated to advancing equity, inclusion, and excellence across Canada’s federal landscape. She currently serves as Senior Assistant Deputy Minister at Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada, providing strategic direction on key health initiatives and people-centred transformation across the organization.

Prior to this role, Nadine served as Chief Human Resources Officer at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, where she led the modernization of people management, equity, diversity, and wellness strategies through the RCMP’s Vision 150 initiative. Earlier in her career, she held executive roles at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and Department of Justice Canada, where she contributed to national policy renewal, reconciliation efforts, and the advancement of diversity and inclusion in the federal public service.
